Do you get to customize your guilds cape or does it get asind to you?

Also, can you PvP in role playing or only in PvP.

leaders make the guild capes but have to pay either 100g or 1000g depends on the beta. members get the capes for free but all the same.

You design your cape by talking to a Guild Registrar. When making a cape, you have access to many different types of emblems, many cape shapes, and many backgrounds. You can adjust the colors three different ways: Basic Background, Secondary Background (this is the one you can change into checkers and stuff), and the Emblem.

They are in grayscale so when you change a component, it will overlay that color onto it but will alter the shade of color in different spots.

No, you can't make your own emblems. Think of CS and custom spraypaints. I don't think you want naked lady guilds?

After you buy the cape, every member of your guild gets it automatically as well as every new member.

You only PvP in specific Arenas.
